ACTIVITY X SOCIAL STUDIES
We're going to learn about: Advertising
Think about you and your family's consumption habits.
Do you think, somehow something causes you or your family to choose one product over another?
Well, let's see if an advertisement can affect you that way.
1. Investigate about advertising and their characteristics
2. In your notebook, write X sentences about what advertising is.

3. Think about one product you have wanted a lot / or want a lot.
Write an entry/post in Facebook describing:
- Did you watched your product in a commercial?
- What feelings did you have about the product?
- Do you think the commercial/advertisement made you feel that way?
- Look for an image of your product and paste it in your Facebook post
Upload it to your Facebook group.

1. Investigate about generations through history

3. Make a timeline to share with other kids: With all the generations, and 5 characteristics you consider important. (you can use canva, powerpoint, or any other tool you have access to).

- Make a table data in your notebook, registering the media content you consume at home right now and the time you do it, and convert it to a bar chart.
Upload your bar chart to Facebook. In the post, answer if your info match with your generation's (Gen Z) media consumption.

- Make a portrait of your father, in a blank sheet, using only geometric shapes. Cut magazines in geometric shapes or color sheets and paste them to make a portrait collage.
